About Our Founder
Her career began in the criminal justice system, serving as a probation and pretrial officer before transitioning into education, where she has since held roles as a special education teacher, assistant principal, principal, director of student services, Title IX Coordinator, and Student Discipline Compliance Coordinator.
As the Founder and CEO of DPC Tutoring Services, Felisha has designed and implemented impactful academic programs that extend beyond the traditional classroom, including after-school and Saturday learning initiatives tailored to diverse student needs.
Her work is rooted in a clear mission: to support both the academic and personal development of every student while creating systems that drive consistent, meaningful outcomes.
